As a Technical Outsource Manager, my mission was to transform client pain points into sustainable IT solutions. I led diverse projects for prominent clients including ASML, InTraffic, ProRail, and NS, overseeing both budgetary health and seamless collaboration. I served as the direct liaison between the client and our extensive engineering team (900 FTE) in Bulgaria, guiding projects across disciplines such as DevOps, Infrastructure, and Virtualization, always with the goal of exceeding expectations and delivering measurable value.
